Hypnosis for Insomnia

 

Insomnia and sleep problems are often caused by stress, anxiety and having a busy mind at the end of the day.

Hypnosis works amazingly well for insomnia as hypnotherapy is uniquely effective in solving sleep disorders in a safe and natural way, free of any harmful side effects.

I use a hypnosis track that I have downloaded onto a CD and listen to it with headphones.
The hypnosis track that I personally use is Glenn Harrold's Deep Sleep Every Night which I find excellent. Even the most ardent insomniac can't fail to wind down with this powerful relaxing hypnotherapy CD.

The first time you listen to it, it primes you so that when you listen to it again, it works much better.
I usually take valerian capsules at the same time, so that I am assured of a good night's sleep.
