Hypnosis for
Insomnia
Insomnia and sleep problems are often caused by
stress, anxiety and having a busy mind at the end of the
day.
Hypnosis works amazingly well for insomnia as
hypnotherapy is uniquely effective in solving sleep disorders
in a safe and natural way, free of any harmful side
effects.
I use a hypnosis track that I have
downloaded onto a CD and listen to it with
headphones.
The hypnosis track that I personally use is Glenn

The first time you listen to it, it
primes you so that when you listen to it again, it works much
better.
I usually take valerian capsules at the same time, so that I am
assured of a good night's sleep.
