You really do need to see your family physician. I believe you are having problems with severe allergies. That is why you cannot breath through your nose, cough a lot and wake up nauseated. The pain could simply be from stress or from not getting adequate sleep. Because getting good restorative sleep helps heal the body during the night. So if your sleep is poor quality your pain issues become a lot worse. But this is something that you should be discussing with your doctor. And maybe he/she can give you something for the pain or to help you sleep like Ambien. You might also be having panic attack related issues when you lay down and that could be the cause of your chest pain and shortness of breath. But please be seen by a doctor to rule all this out. Good luck!

in the psychosomatic healing….they call it personality imbalance…there is allways a link between our life, the way we think about it and how our body reacts on it…..so maybe you should look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you have something you dont like about your life and then you work on it.
