I do not even hear my hubby snore.. It is heaven!!!!!!!!!! and if I need to go to bathroom I go and back to sleep immediatly.

Tylenol is great to relax you so you can sleep.That's what they give you mostly at the Hospitals.The Thyroid malfunction can make you depressed if not diagnoses.Depression messes with your sleep.So,there you go.
