When did your pregnancy insomnia start if at all?
I cannot sleep well nowadays. I am only 17 wks pregnant and already cant sleep? Since 2 days, I have to pee at least 2-3 times in the night.If I have any thoughts they keep me up as well.I have constipation and gas which irritates me most at night and the bloated belly comes in the way.Did anyone start getting pregnancy insomnia this early.Will lack of sleep affect the baby?
Any tips to help insomnia without getting medication?

How do I regulate my sleep in the summer?
I’m really having problems sleeping in summer because its light till so late. How do I regulate my sleep in the summer? I have blackout curtains but they still let light in near the curtain rod. I find it difficult to get to sleep and then wake up too early because of the light again. I have tried sleep masks but they irritate my eyes.
What is the best med to take for insomnia?
I have had trouble with both getting to sleep and staying asleep for what seems like forever now. I average about 3 hours a night sleep, total not consecutive, and it’s about to drive me insane. Since there are so many different medicines out there for insomnia, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which is best so I can talk with my doctor about it.
Anti-Snore Ring Not Proved To Work
The Anti-snore ring which is worn on the little finger where pressure balls supposedly produce a calming effect to help stop snoring. But the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission that these claims are questionable considering that there are no medical backing. Although the site has had a history of success concerning drug-free treatment of snoring, these shouldn’t be sold especially if they are unproven against snoring and sleep apnea.
